The brief
Look like a controls company, not a template.
The site had to explain build, wire and service in one glance — and let the team edit content without touching the design. We moved from WordPress to a custom Next.js site where every page is a tree of typed blocks stored in Postgres.
Live BMS visuals
An animated 3D node network and a network-topology schematic (supervisor → BACnet MS/TP → AHU/VAV/FCU) built as code, with editable labels.
Block CMS with versions
Pages render from ordered block trees; every save is a version you can restore.
Real forms
Bid and service requests are validated on client and server, rate-limited, stored and emailed with a branded auto-reply.
Zero-loss migration
Old WordPress URLs are 301-redirected to the new pages, so search rankings carry over.
